Meet The Founder

Jerome Robinson - The Visionary Behind Mindset2Learn.

Meet Mr. Robinson

A Passion for Unlocking Potential

For over 15 years, I've worked with students who've been told they're "behind" or "struggling"; and I've watched them prove those labels wrong. My journey has taken me through K-12 special education classrooms, mental health counseling, behavior coaching, and restorative justice facilitation. Each role taught me the same truth: every student has unique strengths waiting to be discovered.

Experience That Goes Deeper

My background blends academic expertise with real understanding of how students learn and grow:

15 years as a Special Education Teacher across all grade levels

Lead Mentor Coordinator supporting both students and educators

Mental Health Counselor addressing the whole student

Behavior Coach helping students develop self-regulation skills

Restorative Justice Facilitator building positive learning communities

This isn't just about tutoring. It's about understanding what really stands in the way of learning, and clearing the path forward.

Education Built for Impact

Bachelor's degree in Social Work

Master's degree in Special Education and Literacy Coaching

Education Specialist in School Administration

These credentials give me the tools, but my students have taught me what matters most: meeting them exactly where they are.

My Philosophy

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all education. Every student I work with gets customized support designed around their unique strengths, challenges, and learning style. Whether we're tackling a tough subject, building organizational skills, or rebuilding confidence after setbacks, my commitment is to help students unlock their full potential, both academically and personally.

Why Families Choose Us

We bring something different to tutoring: academic expertise paired with genuine empathy for learners. We don't just focus on grades; we focus on the whole student. That means strengthening academic skills while also building social-emotional intelligence and executive functioning. Because when students feel confident, organized, and emotionally equipped, learning becomes possible.
