Available Positions

Intake Coordinator

The Mindset2Learn Intake Coordinator serves as the point of contact for families seeking tutoring services. This role is responsible for managing client inquiries, conducting initial consultations, gathering student information, and ensuring smooth onboarding into the tutoring program. The intake Coordinator plays a key role in matching students with the right tutors and ensuring each family's experience begins positively and professionally.

Lead Instructor

The lead instuctor plays a key leadership role in supporting the tutoring team, ensuring instructional excellence, and fostering student success. This position includes teaching students directly, mentoring other tutors, and collaborating with CEO to main high academic standards across all tutoring programs. The lead instructor models best practice in instruction, communication, and relationship-building with students and families.

Mindset2Learn Academic Instructor

The academic instructor will provide high quality, personalized tutoring that supports students' academic growth and confidence. This role focused not only on helping students master subject content but also on fostering a positive mindset towards learning, self discipline, and goal setting. The instructor partners closely with the families, students, and the tutoring team to ensure every learner receives the tools and encouragement needed to succeed.
